How to eat (show photos)

  • 1. Remove the dried rice cakes from the tray and place them into the outer bag.
  • 2.  Put the 3 pieces of “Mochi” in the tray trying not to stack them, and soak them into water completely for 1 minute. Then, move them to a plate, and soak the rest of “Mochi” as well using another 40cc of water. *Please remember to keep 5cc of water in the packet for the step 3.
  • 3. Place three pieces of dried mochi so that they are not overlapping, and soak them completely in water for about one minute. Once the mochi has soaked in the water, move them to one side of the tray and soak the remaining three pieces in the same way. *Reserve the water for the bean paste granules.
  • 4. Put the attached bean paste granules into one of the trays, add 1 teaspoon (about 5cc) of water, mix well and make the bean paste. Please enjoy with the finished bean paste.
