Izameshi's rice is pregelatinized rice that is cooked once and then dried. It smells like freshly cooked rice. In addition, it is manufactured in a certified non-allergenic factory in Japan, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.   • Cooking method (rice dishes)

    1. Open the package and remove the spoon and desiccant.
    2. Pour water or hot water into the bag up to the inner line and close the zipper. (There are two lines on the inside of the bag, and you can make it to your desired firmness by changing the amount of water.)
    3. Leave in water for 60 minutes and in hot water for 15 minutes and it's ready.
    *Water for cooking is not included. Please prepare it separately.

  • Cooking method (side dish and Egg rice porridge)

    IZAMESHI side dishes are cooked in aluminum packaging, so you can enjoy them at room temperature without using water or fire. If you want to warm them up, pour them over boiling water or put them on a plate and heat them in the microwave.

  • How to eat (bread)

    The can has a pull tab, so it's easy to open and enjoy. The can is wrapped in paper, so you can enjoy the moist texture.

  • Cooking method (sweets)

    The set includes dried mochi, kinako, kuromitsu, soybean syrup, soybean syrup, disposable chopsticks, and more. Soybean syrup is rehydrated in the included soybean syrup, and then topped with kinako and kuromitsu. The soft mochi and gentle sweetness make this a great treat for a tired body.
