This is a flavorful noodle soup made with bonito broth and four types of mushrooms: shiitake, shimeji, enoki, and nameko. This noodle series features Banshu hand-pulled noodles, generous toppings, and a rich broth.This is a long-term preserved food that comforts you in case of emergency.

How to eat (show photos)

  • 1.Remove all the ingredients and the fork. (The oxygen absorber should be removed after opening the noodle package.)
  • Place ​Place the noodles in the bag. Open the packets of ingredients and soup powder, and add the contents to the bag. (The image shows Chicken Broth Noodle with Fluffy Eggs.)
  • 3. Pour boiling water up to the water level line (400ml) inside the bag, close the zipper, and wait for 3 minutes. *It will also rehydrate in about 60 minutes using cold water (around 15℃).
