How to eat (show photos)

  • 1. Remove the dried rice cakes from the tray and place them into the outer bag.
  • 2. Open the water packet and pour the half amount of water into the one side of the tray.
  • 3. Place three pieces of dried mochi so that they do not overlap, and immerse them completely in water for about one minute. Once the mochi has soaked in the water, move them to one side of the tray and immerse the remaining three pieces in the remaining water in the same way.
  • 4. Once all the “Mochi” is rehydrated, put them on a plate, and enjoy it with some seasonings “Kuromitsu” and “Kinako” in the packet.
