Sugita Ace Co., Ltd. will release "Shanway ×IZAMESHI Chinese Canned Prepared Food" in collaboration with "Home Cooking Teppan Chinese Shanway", a new product of the long-term storage food "IZAMESHI (IZAMESHI)", from July 1, 2021 (Thursday).

■ Shanway x IZAMESHI Chinese side dish canned food

The newly launched "Shanway x IZAMESHI Canned Chinese Side Dishes" is a collaboration project following the "Ginbis x IZAMESHI Atsuyaki tabekko doubutsu" and "Menya Yuko x IZAMESHI Shellfish soup and soy sauce ramen" announced by "IZAMESHI" in March this year. It will include eight types of canned foods with best by date of three years from the date of manufacture, as well as set products containing them.

"Home cooking, Chinese teppanyaki Shanway" was opened in Gaienmae, Aoyama by Chef Sasaki Takamasa, who encountered Chinese teppanyaki in Shanghai, in order to recreate the techniques used in the dish, and has been loved by many for its authentic flavors and hospitality. This collaboration was born out of the shared aspirations of "Home cooking, Chinese teppanyaki Shanway", which has long been interested in canned product development and emergency food, and Sugita Ace, which has been striving to create delicious, long-term preserved foods that can be used in various "emergencies" in everyday life.

"Shanway x IZAMESHI Chinese side dish cans" are ideal for preparing for emergencies because they can be opened and eaten immediately without the need for a can opener. In addition, the eight types of Chinese side dish cans are useful not only in times of disaster, but also in a variety of situations, such as everyday meals and outdoor activities.

Canned Chinese side dish set contains eight different kinds of canned goods and can be used not only as a preserved food, but also as a gift for loved ones, such as family and friends who live far away.
