2023.08.01 Product Information
Sugita Ace Co., Ltd. will begin selling three new soups from its long-term preserved food brand "IZAMESHI" on Tuesday, August 1, 2023: "Minestrone with quinoa and red kidney beans," "Dak-gomtang," and "Soy milk clam chowder."
The most popular soup in the "IZAMESHI" lineup is a long-term storage food with best by date of three years that uses vegetables that tend to be in short supply during emergencies and disasters. The three new soups introduced this time will be added to the six soups introduced in 2021, for a total of nine types.
■Characteristics of the soup
1. Enjoy vegetables easily
It is said that during disasters, logistics stop and it becomes difficult to obtain fresh vegetables.
IZAMESHI's soup requires no cooking and is rich in vegetables, making it an easy way to incorporate vegetables into your diet.
2. It's delicious even at room temperature
It can be eaten at room temperature, but it tastes even better when heated or cooled.
3. Long-term storage possible
It is sealed in an airtight, light-blocking container and sterilized in retort, allowing it to be stored for up to three years from the date of manufacture.
4. A diverse lineup
In addition to familiar corn potages from around the world, such as "gazpacho" and "ajo Ajo Blanco tom yum goong" from Thailand, new dishes such as "Minestrone with quinoa and red kidney beans", "Dak-gomtang" and "Soy milk clam chowder" have been added. A total of nine different types of products are available in a rich and varied lineup.
