IZAMESHI, which has offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, has now focused on Taiwanese cuisine. From classic dishes to lesser known dishes, they will be serving up addictive Taiwanese cuisine once you try it.

The lineup consists of six types: "Taiwanese braised pork belly (Lurou Fan) Mixed porridge (Xian zhou)," "Prridge with shiitake mushrooms and pork (Xianggu shou rou zhou)," "Soup with chicken and shiitake mushrooms (Xianggu ji tang)," Soup with chicken and ginger (Mayou ji) and Stewed meatball and Chinese cabbage (Shizitou)." While recreating the authentic Taiwanese flavor, the flavors have been made to be easy to incorporate into the Japanese dining table.

"IZAMESHI Taiwan" allows you to easily enjoy the Taiwanese atmosphere, and is available as a single item or a set containing all six types. It can be used as emergency food in the event of a disaster, or as a gift for loved ones, such as family and friends who live far away.
