Bread pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • IZAMESHI Maple Danish …… 1 can
  • Eggs …… 2
  • Milk …… 300cc
  • Honey …… 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar …… 2 tablespoons

How to make it

  1. Cut the "IZAMESHI Maple Danish" into 4 equal parts lengthwise, then cut again into 5 equal parts.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl and add milk, honey and sugar and mix.
  3. Soak the Danish pastry (1) in the liquid (2) for about 30 minutes.
  4. Bake in a 220°C oven for about 15 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for a further 10 minutes.
