  • 1 You can eat it even without heating it up.
    When warming up in boiled water, put the bag in boiled water and warm it up. (Approximately 5 minutes)

  • 2When heating up in a microwave, open the bag and take the contents out to a deep plate, then cover the plate with plastic wrap and warm it up. The heating time varies depending on a model and wattage of a microwave.
