Profile of Menya Yukou

In 2016, the owner met the founding members at a popular ramen restaurant in Osaka, and opened a restaurant in Karasuma Oike, Kyoto in 2017. He opened Menya Kiyo in 2018, and a yakisoba restaurant, Stand by Me, in 2020. He has also collaborated with other popular ramen restaurants and Italian restaurants. The stylish interior, like a cafe, makes it easy for women to enter as well.

How to make it

  • 1.Add the noodles to a large pot of boiling water and cook for 5 and a half to 6 minutes (or until your desired firmness has reached)

  • 2. Put the attached soup into a bowl and dilute with 250cc of boiling water per serving.

  • 3. Heat the ingredients in the bag by placing them in hot water.

  • 4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water well and place them into a bowl with the soup and put the ingredients on top. Please do not add the soup from the ingredient packet.
