In 2016, he met the founding members at a popular ramen restaurant in Osaka, and opened a restaurant in Karasuma Oike, Kyoto in 2017. He opened Menya Kiyo in 2018, and a yakisoba restaurant, Stand by Me, in 2020. He has also collaborated with other popular ramen restaurants and Italian restaurants. How to make it

  • 1. Place the noodles in plenty of boiling water and boil for 5.5 to 6 minutes (or until desired doneness).
