  • Chinese cabbage …… 350g (about 1/8 cut)
  • White wine …… 1 tablespoon

How to make it

  1. Chop the cabbage into slightly larger pieces.
  2. Arrange the Chinese cabbage in a thick-bottom pot, top with IZAMESHI Deli Shio-koji chicken with melty green onions with Onions, and pour white wine over it.
  3. Cover and place on medium heat, then when steam starts to rise, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
