Ingredients for 2 servings

  • IZAMESHI DON beef bowl …… 1 bag
  • Nagaimo (Japanese yam) …… about 1/8 of a whole
  • Green shiso leaves …… 4 pieces
  • Soy sauce …… a little

How to make it

  1. Prepare "IZAMESHI beef bowl".
  2. Peel the skin off the long yam and cut it into very thin strips.
  3. Cut the green shiso into very thin slices.
  4. Place the beef bowl (1) in a bowl, top with the yam (2), a drizzle of soy sauce, and green shiso leaves.
