  • Stock …… a little
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Nori seaweed …… a little
  • Soy sauce …… a little
  • Lemon juice …… a little

How to make it

  1. Prepare "IZAMESHI Chicken and Burdock Rice Bowl."
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add stock and salt, and fry in a frying pan to make thin strips of shredded egg.
  3. Thinly slice the avocado and sprinkle lightly with lemon.
  4. Cut the seaweed into thin strips.
